Going relaunched a welcome series 2.0 that refreshed the strategy, met audiences where they’re at, and best showcased our product.

Improvements and strategies
We added a ‘What to expect’ section at the top of every email to show new members where they are and give them a clue for the content to follow.
The original series was still branded as Scott’s Cheap Flights, with little update on how much our product evolved. I collaborated with stakeholders to determine essential information for our members to know.
Email one focuses on the core product: finding amazing flight deals. Overall we needed to infuse clear information with the delight of what becoming a Going member means for them.
At the bottom of each email, we wanted to showcase real team members with exciting travel trips to give it a personal and familiar touch.
